1.Lead Rizhao IT team to support IT infrastructure and business systems, including trouble-shooting, end user training, user requirements analysis and etc, critical to the business continuous operation.
2.Work closely with Shared Service Center in Averis KL to deliver IT service.
3.Proactively communicate with local management team and end user to manage business requirements, suggestion and concerns.
4.Be responsible for IT daily operation, including assets management, IT audit, IT Budget/Expense, IT system capacity planning, IT Human resource planning/Organization. Ensure the compliance of Corporate standard, guideline and policy.
5.Implement Infrastructure and application projects within approved budget and schedule.
6.Proactive identify business IT needs and deliver.
1.Minimum 10 years experience in IT area and 5 years experience on operation management position.
2.Proven track records of IT operation management, including mission-critical infrastructure and systems, demand management, incident management, data center management, IT budget, IT Audit, Assets management and information security.
3.Knowledge and experiences of large mill manufacturing operation
4.Proven experience of end user support and customer -oriented working style
5.Knowledge of SAP ERP, manufacturing automation / exec ution system is preferred.
6.Proven track records of successful project management.
7.Discipline, structured and proactive working style.
8.Good oral/written English and working experience in MNC are preferred.
9.Proven successful team leadership skills to plan, organize and collaborate effective with global team and functional teams
10.Able to communicate and influence effectively with different levels
