Main Responsibilitiesnn84Develop strategies and processes to ensure that total SHEQ is promoted throughout the company, drive continuous improvements.n84Act as the company's expert on quality management and provide any necessary guide and advise to managers and staff to ensure that they pursue the objectives of total SHEQ management and continuous improvement.n84To define, and co-ordinate the implementation of, ongoing audit programs to meet the requirements of external certification bodies, customers, VTBA policies and Atlas Copco Group internal audit requirementsn84Oversee SHEQ management and identify potential risk to optimize procedure and improve efficiency in compliance with company policies to enhance customer satisfaction, including but not limited customer complaint, supplier quality etc.n84Develop SHEQ targets and measures for all company operations and monitor the performance of the company against these.n84Mainly responsible for responding to customer complains. Analyzing the customer complains of quality, service, shipment etc., helps escalate those problems to related function, keep tracking, and closed the case till solved.n84 Responsible for NPI quality issues, and build up the bridge among cross functions, production, sales and customers to solve this issue.n84To obtain and maintain certifications, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001, and safety accreditation of coal mine for Chincon84Leading other duties, such as internal audit, management review, 2nd and 3rd party audit, perform urgent audits if needed.  nFormulate and control the departmental budget within agreed budgetary constraints and manage cost reduction and preparation budgets in conjunction with Operations management.nBe able to build and expand the team independently, develop and improve the working ability of the team members.
